An unsung 2017 classic is finally given a proper release thanks to 56Bile. This EP presents four tracks of black metal, desolate, windswept and cold. Though the melodies that hide underneath the distortion, and surprisingly emotive vocals bring to mind post-black bands like Downfall of Gaia, or fellow Canadians BHATT, this still carves it's own niche with it's suffocating and relentlessly bleak tone.
