Sinister and hateful, this is a crushing album of death/doom. Though much of it is the expected funeral dirge of huge, soul-crushing riffs and a reverb soaked, "cavernous" sound, there's also something more blackened. Occasionally even cranking up the tempo into a frenzy of blast beats and frantic black metal riffs.
