WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
As of right now, payments will only be accepted through Paypal.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM(S) TO ARRIVE?
Most orders will ship within three days. Your package should arrive within a week or two, but please allow up to three weeks for your items to arrive.
Note: Though rare, international orders have occasionally taken longer!
CAN I ORDER THROUGH EMAIL?
Yes! You can send your order through the BigCartel contact form or email [email protected] , just be sure to include your shipping address. I recommend doing this if there are 10 or more items you'd like to purchase or if you just want a slightly more accurate shipping quote.
DO YOU OFFER TRACKING?
Yes! Tracking is offered but it is quite expensive! Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about this, but I will do my best to give you the lowest possible price.
WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF USED ITEMS?
Mint! Most "used" items have only been played a handful of times and are treated with care. If a CD/Tape is in rough shape (Ex: Scratches on the disc or a cracked jewel case) it will be stated in the item description. Everything will be playable without skips or stutters.
